A 325 meters-tall measurement mast was constructed northeast of Manaus (Brazil) in the frame of a joint Brazilian-German project “Amazonian Tall Tower Observatory (ATTO)”. Our multi-level continuous GHG concentrations and stable isotope measurements at ATTO will provide an important link between flux tower, remote sensing and airborne measurements in a key global hot-spot area. Since 2012, we are also performing measurements on a 80 m-tall tower at a nearby location.
