Main Focus
My research mainly focuses on how microbial processes regulate soil carbon cycling. Specifically, I aim to disentangle how microbes with different evolutionary strategies respond and adapt to environmental and climate change, and how these responses reshape species interactions and community-level functions, thereby affecting SOC decomposition and stabilization.
