Dr. Franziska Eberl

Franziska has a background in Biochemistry and Chemical Biology and completed her PhD on tripartite interactions of black poplar trees, herbivores and pathogens, at the MPI for Chemical Ecology.  She then transitioned to the field of science management, working as a coordinator for the LIFE profile at Friedrich Schiller University and later as project manager of the chemistry consortium of the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI4Chem). 

Since 2026, she has been working in Research Coordination at the MPI for Biogeochemistry.
