Climate extremes and their impact on ecosystems and society

With the currentclimate change alterations in climate and weather extremes have also occurred and can be expected in the future. The public lecture will shed light on the manifold effects on ecosystems and societies. It should become clear that especially dry seasons such as the summer 2018 play an important role and must be taken into account in adaptation strategies.
