2.  The instructor

Susanne Kallista, DVCT-certified Trainer and Coach and communication consultant, works for companies, agencies, educational institutions and universities, public authorities as well as for private persons. Her main topics are communication, inner attitude, empathy, non-violent-communication, conflict-management, leadership skills, values and believes.

 

3.  Description

Communication is essential to all our relationships – intercultural, business-, social- and personal-wise. Communication is also the most asked skill by employers and leaders. At the same time it is a skill most people need help with. So, what is crucial, to be a good communicator? Yet I will say this; To be a good listener. The seminar focus on, how to improve communication, how to listen actively, how to truly understand and be truly understood, how to get self-confidence. Improved communication can help to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings as well as to reach easier your career and personal goals.

_non-violent communication
_self-coaching tools
