Antje Uhde

Doctoral Researcher

Main Focus

My research focuses on tropical wetlands and their role in local and global biogeochemical cycles. In my PhD project, I am investigating methane emissions from peatlands in the Amazon, among other things. Using remote sensing, specific characteristics of the measurement points are determined and a quantification of the emissions is carried out.
