Main Focus
My research focuses on greenhouse gas flux measurements from different ecosystems, e.g., Northern peatlands, temperate and boreal forests. Within Q-ARCTIC, I aim to explore spatial and temporal patterns of N2O, CH4, and CO2 fluxes across different micro habitats and within different seasons in the Arctic. I will further investigate how various disturbances caused by global warming affect these fluxes. Please have a look at my MPI-IPAS webpage to learn more about my exciting project.
