- Date: Jun 17, 2025
- Location: Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry
- Room: B0.002
Successful moderation helps to tackle complicated issues in a structured way. Content can be developed and discussed with the participants in a targeted manner. This requires a basic understanding of the role and responsibilities of the moderator. Objectives must be clearly set and suitable methods selected.
The training teaches basic techniques for structuring and organizing discussion groups and meetings. Participants learn methods and questioning techniques that help to keep the conversation on track and involve everyone present. The focus is on practical exercises with feedback from the group and the trainer.
