Main Focus
My research focuses on the role of microbial communities in carbon cycling and gas exchange processes in arctic wetland ecosystems. I aim to combine in situ chamber-based greenhouse gas flux measurements with metagenomic analyses to understand drivers of greenhouse gas emissions across small spatial scales
