Dual Career
In order to attract the best scientists and staff to the Max Plack Institute for Biogeochemistry, we also try to help newcomers find professional career opportunities from the accompanying partners.
For this purpose, we are integrated into the Dual Career Network Thuringia via the Beutenberg Campus, which is composed of the major regional universities and companies. The Dual Career Network essentially functions as an information platform for job inquiries from accompanying partners in the network.
Another independent network in Thuringia, Karriere-fuer-2, has a stronger focus on non-academic companies and career paths.
