Mastering scientific data

The German center for aeronautics and space research DLR will establish a new institute on Smart and Big Data in Jena.

Besides the Institutes for Geography and Computer Science of the Friedrich Schiller University, the scientific part is provided by the Michael Stifel Center Jena (MSCJ), the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry, the Bauhaus University Weimar, and the Technical University Ilmenau.
