Scientific exchange with Colombian forestry students
From November 8-10, we will be visited by Colombian forestry students and their supervisors, from the University of Cauca.Coordinated by Emmy Noether Group Leader Carlos Sierra (MPI-BGC), science and research at the nexus of forestry and climate change will be discussed.
The 3-day program will include presentations, small group discussions, and a field trip to the local Jena Biodiversity experiment.
The visit is financed by German Academic Exchange Service, DAAD.
