The COmpact Carbon dioxide analyser for Airborne Platforms (COCAP) is a measurement system for probing the lower troposphere, designed to be deployed on unmanned aerial vehicles like small aircraft, multicopters or balloons. Besides the CO2 dry air mole fraction, COCAP measures ambient temperature, pressure and humidity. At a total mass of 1.2 kg the system achieves an uncertainty of 1 ppm for CO2
